We are proud that our Founder and CEO, Phil Martens, has been involved in fitness and in helping people all his life. Mr. Martens competed as a power lifter and as a wrestler. He competed as a gymnast for 12 years and was a high school Gymnastics Coach for 6 years. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and the Author of "Weight Loss and Strength Gain" (A Roadmap for Effective Weight Training), and has an academic Doctorate Degree. He also worked as a Program Instructor with developmentally disabled adults for more than 10 years. The fact is Phil genuinely cares about people, and he knows fitness.
