BACK:

G-Werx machine exercise is a safe and effective way to strengthen your back. A tight and toned 'V' or 'hour glass' shape looks great on women and men. An underdeveloped back makes your body look weak and can be a contributing factor in low back pain.* Lat pulls, leaning back pulls, and seated row exercises are the most effective back exercises you can do. Your back muscles especially benefit with health club resistance on G-Werx, because muscles can be worked and stretched simultaneously. The ever changing 'resistance' of bending pole and rubber band type gyms can limit range of motion and reduce stretching benefits, as compared to G-Werx Flexchange System™. Nothing delivers results to your back faster or better than health club machine exercise on every patent pending G-Werx.

Three primary muscles and numerous stabilizing muscles make up your back. Latisimus Dorsi (Lats) run along the sides of your back and attach behind the armpit area. Lats extend, rotate, and pull your arms to your body, especially in sports such as rowing or free-style swimming. Rhomboids (upper/middle back) are muscles located between the spine and shoulder blades a few inches below the neck. They serve to rotate, elevate and retract the shoulders. Erector Spinae (low back) are muscles along the lower part of your spine. These muscles support your torso and allow upper body bending, and side to side movement. A weakened torsal support system dramatically increases the likelihood of spinal or skeletal injury. Exercise your back two or three times a week for maximum results.

*Never perform an exercise which causes pain in the back. Consult a qualified chiropractor or physician if you have serious back pain.
